UJC’s Sex Workers Project Releases New Report on Human Trafficking Pipeline from Mexico to New York City

Today, NYATN member Sex Workers Project at the Urban Justice Center announces its release of its new report “The Road North: The Role of Gender, Poverty and Violence in Trafficking from Mexico to the U.S.”  The report “identifies root causes of this trafficking pipeline, alongside first-­‐hand accounts.”  It makes specific policy recommendations for both the Mexican and U.S. governments and makes recommendations for non-governmental organizations with an eye towards trafficking prevention.  Click here for more information.  Also available in Spanish.
